END

After the first few days on the go (and two days up in the Cities sans children), the last few days of our StayCation have been relaxing.  We went to a nearby water park, open swim, bike rides, Dairy Queen (twice!) and watched movies as a family.  We set up a ghetto water park in our back yard and invited the neighbors over to play.  We started school shopping and we finished several little projects. And, we don't have any suitcases to unpack!

To celebrate the end of our fun week, not only did I swing thru McDonalds on the way home from swimming, but I made the kids microwave S'mores for dessert!  Best Mother Ever.

I think I like this StayCation vacation idea!
