Today we went to a birthday party for AA's BEST preschool friend.
We've been counting down the days to Allison's party since her pink unicorn invitation arrived in AA's school folder three weeks ago. Birthday parties are a BIG deal.
After wrapping Allison's gift, I told AA to color in her card. Without any prompting (and without looking at anything), my 3.98 year old baby girl made this:
It's Allison and her birthday cake with four candles.
My response: "AA, I love it! How do you know how to spell Allison?!?!?"
Her response: "Mom, it's on her name tag at school."
I love this girl.
